Preferably have knowledge of hospital infrastructure and regulations related to public and hospital construction projects. · Work location: Cacaotepec, Oaxaca. · EXPERIENCE: **5 years of experience in execution and/or supervision of AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION projects in buildings and related works.** · Job requirements: Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer and/or Architect (Specialist) and/or related degrees · Previous experience: Building Construction and/or Hospital Construction · Knowledge of hospital infrastructure and its public works regulations. · Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities. **Job Responsibilities:** · ASSISTANT SUPERVISION RESIDENT FOR AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATIONS. · Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site. · Prepare progress reports and reports from their area of responsibility. · Manage personnel and resources required for project execution.
