Responsibilities * Recruitment (job postings, publications, job fairs, etc.) * Weekly activity scheduling * Conducting interviews; administering and interpreting psychometric tests * Following up on administrative processes within the department * Timely and accurate staffing coverage * Managing and requesting permits for recruitment-related activities * Candidate follow-up and social media management * Requesting documents and compiling personnel files Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
