




Job Summary: Serves customers, prepares quotations, processes orders and invoices, manages collections, and supports inventory and prospecting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct interaction with customers in sales and quotations 2. Comprehensive management of sales and billing processes 3. Support in prospecting, inventory management, and specialized customer service * Receives customers who visit the offices to request equipment. * Prepares quotations for walk-in customers. * Enters orders into the system to invoice walk-in customer orders. * Collects payment for products sold on-site. * Delivers cash proceeds from sales to the Administrative Manager and Branch Administrator. * Requests confirmation from the Administrative Manager and/or Branch Administrator regarding deposits made from walk-in sales. * Supports sales advisors in preparing quotations and orders. * Completes the walk-in customer registration form. * Refers customers with highly specific or technical requests exceeding their expertise to the appropriate specialist. * Generates reports. * Makes prospecting calls to walk-in customers twice per week. * Supports monthly inventory activities. * Issues delivery notes and invoices to credit and walk-in customers. * Receives and verifies materials. * Delivers products to sales advisors. . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Advisory capability, Team management, Decision-making, Collections, Quotations, Orders, Sales Driver's License: Class A Keywords: advisor, asesor, tecnologo, tecnico, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist
