Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist for CONTPAQi systems, with emphasis on training, consulting, general technical support, and network configuration, requiring continuous self-study and teamwork. Focus on service, initiative, and teamwork Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to various companies. 2. Train end users. 3. Deliver in-person and remote consulting for CONTPAQi systems to companies. 4. Continuously engage in self-directed learning and attend courses offered by the CONTPAQi brand. 5. Obtain certification. 6. Perform computer formatting and network configuration. Profile: Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational degree in IT or Systems (students accepted) Technical Competencies: Proficiency in full computer formatting procedures, network configuration, and general technical support. (Digital marketing design knowledge is desirable.) Soft Skills: Passion for self-study to remain up-to-date (mandatory), teamwork oriented toward goals/objectives, empathy toward colleagues and others, positive attitude, ability for self-reflection to prevent errors, logical reasoning capacity. Job Requirements: Initiative, positive attitude, teamwork, frustration tolerance, results orientation, solution identification, and, most importantly, service-oriented focus. We Offer: · Base salary: $3,000 biweekly, plus monthly incentives based on services delivered. · Working hours: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. · Saturday schedule: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM; work two Saturdays per month.
