Job Description We are seeking an IT Technical Support Intern with a technical focus, proactive attitude, and passion for user support, who is interested in developing within the field of technology and digital solutions. Required Profile: • Student, recent graduate, or degree holder in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field. • Interest in developing within the technical support field. • Service-oriented attitude and user-focused attention. • Proactive and eager to learn. • Ability to resolve basic problems. • Teamwork and strong communication skills. • Full-time availability. Desirable Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of technical support for computer equipment. • Basic software installation and configuration. • Proficiency with operating systems (primarily Windows). • Basic networking knowledge (internet, cabling, connectivity). • Basic diagnosis of equipment failures. • Basic use of maintenance tools (desirable) Support Activities: • Assistance with installation and configuration of computer equipment. • Basic technical support to users. • Initial review and diagnosis of failures. • Assistance with network and cabling installation. • Basic preventive maintenance. • Incident logging and tracking.
