




**Main Responsibilities** * Ensure customer requirements are met at all process stages (from development to mass production). * Track customer complaints (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Lead the development and updating of quality documentation: **PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC**, among others. * Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001). * Manage supplier quality: evaluation, development, and tracking of nonconformities. * Monitor quality indicators (PPM, scrap, rework, cost of poor quality) and implement improvement plans. * Support validation of new products, engineering changes, and launches of new projects. * Ensure proper calibration and operation of measurement equipment. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years in similar roles within the automotive sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of drawings and GD&T. * Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC. * Standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3. * Internal audits and problem-solving tools. * **Software:** MS Office, Minitab or statistical software. * **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English (able to support international audits or customers). **Competencies and Skills** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. * Technical leadership and teamwork. * Effective communication with customers and suppliers. * Organization and management of multiple projects. * Attention to detail and adherence to standards.
