Technical support for production and maintenance **Job Description:** An automotive sector company is seeking a **PLC Programmer**, responsible for developing, programming, and maintaining industrial automation systems to ensure the efficiency and continuity of production processes. **Responsibilities:** * PLC programming, modification, and backup * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in automated systems * Integration of equipment (sensors, actuators, HMI, variable frequency drives) * Technical support for production and maintenance * Process and cycle time optimization * Documentation of programs and implemented changes * Compliance with safety and quality standards **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PLC programming * Knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, or similar) * Proficiency in HMI and industrial networks * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams * Availability to work rotating shifts **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Cafeteria service * Transportation in Irapuato and Salamanca * Professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
