Dynamic and service-oriented work environment Grupo Palmas Motors Sa de CV Suzuki Palmas Dealership is looking for: BDC Advisor Responsible for making the initial contact with our customers to schedule in-person appointments at the dealership. Requirements: * Minimum age 20 years * High school diploma completed * Immediate availability required * Call center experience preferred (1 year verifiable) * Strong verbal communication skills over the phone * No restrictions for working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM We Offer: Attractive commission structure per appointment, statutory benefits from day one, 100% IMSS registration, Fonacot, weekly payroll, vacation entitlement under the "Dignified Vacations" policy, vacation bonus at 25%, additional paid days off beyond statutory requirements, and an extra bonus for vehicle sales Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * High school diploma completed (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
