Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer to lead onboarding, training needs assessment, training content design, and implementation of safety and hygiene training programs for operational and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and implementation of training plans 2. Safety, hygiene, and waste management training 3. Training content design and evaluation A leading company in industrial waste recovery is seeking: Trainer Requirements: Registration with STPS\- DC5 (Desirable) Courses registered in safety and hygiene (Desirable) NOM 017, NOM 018, NOM 036, MANUAL AND POWER TOOL HANDLING, WORK AT HEIGHTS, CUTTING AND WELDING OPERATIONS, FIRE EXTINGUISHER USAGE AND HANDLING, ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND WORK, SAFE FORKLIFT OPERATION, WASTE MANAGEMENT, SPECIAL, HAZARDOUS, BIOLOGICAL INFECTIONOUS WASTES, LOCKOUT/TAGOUT (LOTO) OF HAZARDOUS ENERGY SOURCES, MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATION, ELECTRIC PATIN, INDUSTRIAL TUGGER, HEAVY LOAD LIFTING OPERATIONS Knowledge of the SIRCE platform Knowledge of human capital topics (desirable) Training plan development Responsibilities: Staff onboarding Training needs assessment End-to-end training process for operational and administrative staff Staff training on safety and hygiene topics Design of training content and related evaluation DC\-3 release We Offer: Monthly net salary of $17,000 Statutory benefits Discount agreements Work location: San Pablo Autopan, Toluca; State of Mexico.
