Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional for hardware and software diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Windows operating systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware and software fault diagnosis and repair 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Local user support and Windows operating system management **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **NET SALARY: $8,000 \- $9,000 PER MONTH** **EXPERIENCE:** * Education in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computing, or related field * Experience: Minimum 6 months in local user technical support and * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, * Hardware and software fault diagnosis, repair, and resolution. **EXPERIENCE:** Windows operating system proficiency. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance as well as installations, including hardware and software fault diagnosis and detection.
