Position Summary: Supervise and manage the execution of installation and engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Application of technical knowledge in construction systems. **Yuma Capital Humano is seeking an Installations Supervisor in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective** ----------------------- Manage and ensure proper execution of construction projects related to installations and engineering (hydraulic, electrical, sanitary, electromechanical, among others), guaranteeing compliance with quality, schedule, cost, and applicable regulations. **Required Experience** ------------------------- * 5 or more years in a similar position. * Participation in projects exceeding 30,000 m². * Preferred experience in hospitality, villa, or apartment developments up to 20 levels. * Experience with contractors and/or construction management firms. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Coordinate and supervise on-site installation execution according to project guidelines. * Manage planned vs. actual progress (physical\-financial), ensuring indicator compliance. * Identify and manage project risks. * Apply technical knowledge regarding construction systems, materials, timelines, and construction logistics. * Conduct quality tests per applicable standards, ensuring proper system functionality. * Efficiently manage financial, human, and material resources. * Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed. * Identify and mitigate specific financial risks in MEP projects (price fluctuations, delays, budgetary impact). * Ensure compliance with local and national regulations governing MEP installations. * Supervise adherence to construction codes and regulations. * Monitor proper implementation of the site safety, hygiene, and environmental regulation plan. * Prepare technical and financial reports supporting legal and budgetary compliance of the project. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Construction documentation management. * Interaction with general contractors and construction management firms. * Logbooks, regulations, and standards. * Generators and estimates. * Site safety and hygiene. * Release protocols and quality laboratories. * Coordination with government agencies. * Customer service. * Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and any ERP system. **Competencies** ---------------- * Leadership * Effective communication * Dynamic and positive attitude * Problem solving * Organization and planning * Decision making * Teamwork * Stress management **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Real Estate ConstructionAAA * AAA Customers * Estimating * Safety and Hygiene * Construction ERP *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699e03a26d000078006551dc\&source\=indeed*
