Communication and Liaison:** * Serve as a liaison between the Shift Team Leader and production staff, ensuring clear communication of goals, priorities, and updates. * Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and ensure uninterrupted production. * Facilitate shift handovers, ensuring all relevant information is communicated to the incoming team. * **3\.
