If you are an expert in tax regulations, passionate about order, and have a proven ability to guide teams toward achieving objectives, this challenge is for you. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting (degree certificate and Professional License required). * **Experience:** Minimum 8 years in general accounting, including at least 2 years leading accounting teams. * **Solid knowledge of:** Payroll and social security management (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE), calculation of federal and local taxes, and preparation of financial statements. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **CONTPAQ i** and **Excel** (PivotTables and advanced formulas required). **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily accounting team activities (treasury, finance, billing, and payroll). * Validate monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring tax compliance (ISR, IVA, DIOT). * Handle audits and regulatory requests from authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT). * Prepare strategic financial reports to support partners’ decision-making. * Supervise domestic and international collections and fixed asset administration. **What We Offer?** * Statutory Benefits (Social Security, Year-End Bonus, Vacation, Profit Sharing). **Enhanced Benefits:** * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Savings fund * Career development and professional growth plan.
