**TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR** **Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the organization’s training and development programs, ensuring staff possess the necessary competencies for efficient performance aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (Master’s degree or specialization in Organizational Development preferred). * Valid professional license and official ID—non-negotiable. * Experience: Minimum 2 years coordinating training and development programs in medium- or large-sized enterprises. * Knowledge of both in-person and online training methodologies. * Proficiency in e-learning platforms and digital training tools. * Leadership, organizational, and project management skills. * Experience managing training and development metrics. * Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse work environments. **Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs through performance evaluations, diagnostics, and feedback from department heads. * Design and update the annual training and development plan. * Coordinate logistics for courses, workshops, conferences, and internal and external training programs. * Select and onboard internal and external trainers. * Supervise the development of training materials, content, and assessments. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training and development programs.
