At SPECS, we are seeking an Architect or Project Engineer with experience in developing executive projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing architectural and engineering projects for commercial spaces, offices, and buildings, ensuring quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to execution timelines. Responsibilities * Site surveys. * Preparation and development of executive projects. * Coordination of disciplines with external designers (structures, installations, etc.). * Review and cross-checking of engineering documents. * Monitoring of construction regulations, safety standards, and local ordinances. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field). * Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, corporate, and commercial projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Office. * Knowledge of BIM methodology. * Familiarity with construction regulations and permitting processes. * Teamwork, organizational skills, and communication with internal clients. * Resilience.
