Position Summary: Intelisis is seeking a Software Support Engineer for the development, marketing, implementation, and support of enterprise management software. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking talent for the position of **SOFTWARE SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Requirements:** Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Administrative Informatics, Informatics, Computer Systems, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL Server 2012 or later. Database analysis, modifications, and design. Strong knowledge of administrative systems and processes is mandatory. Experience in ERP implementation and support is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Responding to requirements, managing and modifying databases. Generating reports. Providing customer support to resolve incidents occurring in developed tools. Providing technical support and maintenance for tools. Analyzing and developing end-user requirements using proprietary or external tools (SQL, Visual Basic, etc.). User advisory on tool usage.
