Position Summary: A Topographic Survey Supervisor who ensures the accuracy of topographic information in construction projects, monitoring schedules and process quality. Key Highlights: 1. Vacancy: Topographic Survey Supervisor Location: Adjacent to the Tuzobús Téllez station Department: Construction / Projects Purpose of the Position To monitor construction schedules, material deliveries, and construction process quality, ensuring the accuracy of topographic information required for project development. Main Responsibilities * Conduct topographic surveys for construction projects. * Prepare topographic maps and plans using specialized software. * Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure data accuracy. * Supervise land leveling and proper positioning of structures. * Regularly maintain and calibrate topographic survey equipment. Primary Interdepartmental Relationships Requirements (suggested to fill the vacancy) * Topographic Engineering degree. * Experience conducting topographic surveys on construction sites. * Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar). * Proficiency in total stations, levels, and GPS devices. * Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with construction teams. Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00 hrs, with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 hrs. * Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs, with lunch break from 13:00 to 13:30 hrs. * Saturday: 08:30–13:00 hrs.
