Lead the development team technically and operationally Define coding standards, architecture, and best practices Design and validate robust and scalable architectures Participate in the development of critical components Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies Profile we are seeking: +3 years as a Senior Developer 1–2 years as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader Experience in software architecture (microservices, monoliths, cloud) Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading) Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field Compensation: $110,000 gross Position type: Full-time Salary: $109,000.00 – $110,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
