Job stability and growth opportunities within an automotive group **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **Brand: Stellantis Aguascalientes Sur** **Position: Automotive Service Advisor** **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Service Advisor** in automotive dealerships or mechanical workshops. * Excellent **customer service and interpersonal skills**. * **Technical degree** (automotive, mechanical, or related field). * Basic proficiency in management systems (DMS), data entry, and service order preparation. * Effective communication, results orientation, and service-minded attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers at the **workshop reception**, providing professional and courteous service. * Register and create **service orders in the DMS**, ensuring customer data is accurate for billing and service history. * Accurately document customer needs in the **repair order**. * Provide **maintenance and wear-and-tear pricing** according to the single-price policy. * Build trust with customers through clear, professional advice on vehicle care and maintenance. * Monitor the service process to ensure a **positive experience** and complete customer satisfaction. **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm * **Saturdays:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **We Offer:** * **$12,000 gross monthly salary** * Bonuses for **performance targets** and **additional sales** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Life insurance** * Job stability and internal career advancement opportunities within the group Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
