Management and preparation of technical reports with audiovisual evidence **CIAR Operator** **Xalapa, Veracruz** **Rotating shifts (24/7 operation)** We are looking for a **CCTV Operator** with experience in monitoring video surveillance and electronic security systems, responsible for remote supervision of our local and overseas locations. **Job Objective** To perform real-time strategic monitoring via **CCTV and VMS** platforms, detect critical events, apply response protocols, and ensure recording and safeguarding of digital evidence in accordance with internal security guidelines. **Technical Responsibilities** * Continuous monitoring of **CCTV and VMS** systems (intermediate-to-advanced level). * Detection and analysis of events: intrusion, anomalous behavior, operational risks, smoke, accidents, etc. * Basic system management (signal validation, stream review, reporting of technical failures). * Preparation of technical reports and integration of audiovisual evidence. * Structured communication via radio and telephone with the operational hierarchy. * Strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection protocols. **Required Profile** * Minimum of **years of experience in monitoring centers, electronic security, or operational control**. * Proven proficiency with VMS platforms and CCTV systems. * Basic knowledge of NVR/DVR and signal validation. * **Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminalistics** / Technical high school diploma or technical degree in **Systems, Security**, or related field. * Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
