Computer and Excel proficiency (basic to intermediate) Medical company seeks: Data Entry Assistant **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in data entry, sales, or customer service. * Prior experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or hospital sector is preferred. * Enter orders, quotations, and sales into the system. * Verify accuracy of entered information (prices, quantities, tax details). * Update customer and product databases. * File and organize sales-related documents. * Respond to customers via telephone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. * Follow up on quotations and orders until closure. * Support the sale of products and/or services. Required Knowledge: * Computer operation. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
