MAINTENANCE MANAGER
A leading company in the Mezcal production chain invites you to join our team as
**MAINTENANCE MANAGER**
**Essential Requirements:**
**1\)** Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
**2\)** Knowledge of industrial mechanics, pneumatics, refrigeration, measuring instruments, computer-aided design, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
**3\)** Plumbing, masonry, carpentry, welding, and painting repairs.
**4\)** 3 years of experience as maintenance supervisor/coordinator/responsible person in any industry, or at least 1 year in the food industry.
**Desirable Knowledge**
* Familiarity with international standards ISO, preferably ISO 3100, 9001, 22000, 14001, and 45001\. Any GFSI standard such as FSSC 22000, SQF, or BRCGS.
* Occupational health and safety regulations.
* Management of controls, executive reports, and performance indicators.

**Job Objective:**
To maintain machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure in optimal condition to ensure efficient and safe operation, as well as the ability to produce safe products.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop the Master Maintenance Plan (MMP) for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, including autonomous and preventive maintenance.
* Develop documented information for maintenance processes (manuals, procedures, instructions, forms, etc.).
* Execute necessary tasks to fulfill the MMP on time and perform corrective maintenance.
* Manage suppliers and contractors for maintenance products and services.
* Manage the acquisition and maintenance of an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools.
* Manage tasks related to improvement projects, selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with department KPIs.
* Actively participate in the food safety team and support activities related to implementation and certification of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) according to FSSC 22000 guidelines.
* Comply with and enforce quality, safety, and security policies and objectives.
**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with 1 hour for lunch**

Education:
* Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
