EDUCATION: Industrial or Electronic Engineering EXPERIENCE: 10 years as Product Engineer JOB OBJECTIVE: **Design, implement, and optimize production processes** to create efficient, high-quality goods, combining technical expertise (product design, materials, automation) with management and continuous improvement skills (Lean Manufacturing, data analysis) to **resolve operational issues, reduce costs, and ensure efficiency** across the entire production chain—from concept to final product. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and Development:** Create new products or improve existing ones, considering manufacturability and cost. * **Process Optimization:** Implement continuous improvements, automation, and new technologies to increase productivity and quality. * **Production Management:** Plan, control, and coordinate production systems and their resources (human, material, financial). * **Problem Solving:** Investigate and resolve process failures, bottlenecks, or material variations. * **Quality Control:** Design quality systems and establish controls to meet international standards. **Key Skills** * **Technical:** Knowledge of manufacturing processes, computer-aided design (CAD), statistical analysis tools, Lean Manufacturing, automation. (Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, rendering) * **Analytical:** Critical thinking, ability to model and simulate scenarios, cost-benefit analysis. * **Interpersonal:** Leadership, teamwork, effective communication with diverse groups (designers, operators, suppliers). * **Management:** Planning, organization, project management, resource management.
