A key role in optimizing production processes. **A prominent metal-mechanical company is seeking: Production Planning Programmer** If you have experience in production scheduling and control, indicator analysis, and operational tracking in manufacturing environments, this opportunity is for you! **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, Administration, or related field (degree required). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in manufacturing or metal-mechanical industries. **Required Knowledge:** Intermediate Excel Production planning and control Production order scheduling Data and operational KPI analysis Inventory control (WIP) Production schedule tracking Production capacity and process control **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and update production plans according to demand and operational priorities. Schedule production orders, defining manufacturing timelines and sequence. Track adherence to the production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery. Monitor work-in-process (WIP) inventory to prevent material shortages or overstocking. Coordinate productive resources (labor, machinery, and materials) to optimize operations. Analyze installed capacity and identify areas for improvement in production processes. Generate performance reports and KPIs. Maintain constant communication with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure plan execution.
