Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in incident management and application support to provide user assistance and maintain systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive application support at various levels. 2. Direct support to internal users and resolution of incidents. 3. Development and maintenance of web and client-server applications. Education: Systems Engineer (Degree Required) Experience: 3 years in incident management, with knowledge of technologies such as PHP, Java, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ASP.Net, Ajax, JSON, XML, CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, Moodle, Joomla, WordPress, and Drupal. MySQL, SQL Server. Adobe Creative Suite CC. Windows, Mac, Linux. Main Responsibilities * Provide first-, second-, and/or third-level application support * Production support. * Direct support to internal users. * Resolution of incidents and service requests according to established SLAs. * Tracking and documentation of tickets. * Use of Unix/Linux systems for application support. * Process monitoring. * Log extraction and analysis to obtain information. * Execution of tests in QA, Development, and Production release environments. * Preparation of application documentation. * Handling and tracking of vulnerabilities * Support for releases, updates, and application maintenance. * Compliance with established SLAs and ITIL best practices. **Technical Knowledge:** * Web and/or client-server application support. * Databases (basic/intermediate SQL). * Windows and/or Linux operating systems. * Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or others). * ITIL knowledge (desirable).
