




Job Summary: Support the supervision and execution of urban infrastructure works, ensuring quality, timelines, and processes, while optimizing resources and contractor performance. Continuous learning in technical and regulatory processes. **Job Objective** Support the Urbanization Resident in supervising, controlling, and executing infrastructure works (networks, roads, and services), ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and internal procedures, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing proper contractor performance on site. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise urbanization processes (water, sanitary, stormwater networks, earthworks, and roads). * Verify efficient use of materials and labor on site. * Quantify materials and generate requisitions according to project needs. * Coordinate timely material supply (concrete, pipes, aggregates, etc.). * Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules. * Monitor laboratory tests and quality control. * Identify risks or deviations on site and promptly report them to the Urbanization Resident. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and proper use of PPE. * Prepare weekly physical progress reports with photographic evidence. * Maintain organized document control for audits and technical reviews. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (graduated or intern). * Minimum 1 year of experience in urbanization or urban infrastructure. * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Technical Knowledge** * Construction processes for urbanization and urban infrastructure. * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Work generation and quantification. * Quality control and laboratory testing in construction. * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Proficiency in Excel and construction management software. **Key Skills** * Quality orientation. * On-site problem solving. * Operational leadership. * Effective communication with contractors. * Information organization and control. * Proactivity and results orientation. **We Offer** * Direct participation in urban infrastructure projects. * Professional development in urbanization supervision and control. * Continuous learning in technical and regulatory processes. * Career growth within the construction department.
