The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring follow-up, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as associated necessary activities—are conducted on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards. Conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet departmental performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a physical, physicochemical, or chemical Quality Control laboratory, performing laboratory analysis, problem resolution, and leadership duties.
