Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for plant equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with routines and applying continuous improvement methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Carrying out activities in accordance with safety and hygiene procedures **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge and skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and planning. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience in maintenance control, operation of dynamic equipment, ERP systems management, and knowledge of industrial machinery spare parts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan plant equipment maintenance. * Ensure compliance with maintenance routines (lubrication, thermography, vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.). * Perform BC, BU, DI, and RF maintenance per component. * Implement alternative spare part replacements defined by the department. * Participate in the application of reliability or continuous improvement methodologies. * Select and order spare parts for preventive maintenance. * Comply with safety measures for Machinery and Equipment Operation. * Carry out activities in accordance with established safety and hygiene procedures. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 \- 18:30 hrs Saturdays, 9:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Employee parking * Savings fund * Transportation * Subsidized cafeteria * Medical and dental care * Career and life development plan **CONTACT:** Interested candidates should send their CV via WhatsApp **348 129 4353** or **empleo@anguiplast.com** Job Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $3,100\.00 \- $3,600\.00 per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
