To view the job, select ‘Español \- ES’ from the language selector in the page menu.** HSBC México offers career development opportunities for individuals with an outstanding service attitude, strong customer interaction skills, passion for sales, and ambition to grow professionally in the Commercial area as a Service Executive. **Primary Function:** Enhance the in-branch customer experience through specialized module service, focusing on customers' service needs, advisory support, product promotion and sales, as well as accurate referral to digital platforms or service counters for special transactions via queue management system operation, plus migration to digital channels. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (in progress or completed), or completed high school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in service and/or customer care. * Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. **Skills:** * Customer- and sales-oriented. * Teamwork. * Results-driven / Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment with the Bank.
