Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to join our team, focused on creating and editing dynamic videos for social media, while supporting technology-related projects. Learning content production for real brands and viral strategy We seek a creative individual to join our team under the "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro" program. Your Responsibilities: * Capture footage and conduct content recording sessions. * Select and curate clips with social media potential. * Edit dynamic videos for TikTok, Reels, and vertical content. * Add subtitles, music, visual effects, and rhythmic pacing. * Propose ideas, trends, and formats that perform well on social media. * Support content creation for technology, app, and artificial intelligence projects. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Passion for social media and content creation. * Strong sense of rhythm, editing, and short-form storytelling. * Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software. * Creativity to transform everyday material into engaging content. * Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects. * Preferred: experience filming with smartphones or cameras. Requirements: * Age between 18 and 29 years. * Currently enrolled in or eligible to enroll in the "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro" program. * Not currently studying or employed. * In-person availability. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Personal equipment (preferred). * Portfolio submission: TikToks, Reels, or examples of previously created content. What You Will Learn: * Content production for real brands. * Strategy for short-form and viral content. * Editing techniques focused on retention and engagement. * Collaboration on digital campaigns, apps, and technological innovation. * Use of creative tools and artificial intelligence applied to content. We seek someone proactive, full of ideas, and eager to create content that is truly seen, shared, and sparks conversation.
