Assistance with basic inventory control **Job Objective:** To provide efficient and friendly customer service, accurately process payments, and ensure proper handling of cash and other payment methods at the sales booth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process payments for products or services (cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.). * Issue receipts or purchase vouchers. * Provide courteous customer service and address basic product-related questions. * Operate cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. * Perform cash reconciliation at the start and end of each shift. * Verify authenticity of banknotes and prevent errors in cash handling. * Assist with basic inventory control at the sales booth. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Report incidents or irregularities to the supervisor.
