




**Horizonte Capital Empresarial, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking:** Lead Drupal Developer **Work location: Choose one of the following cities: CDMX, QRO, MTY, or GDL** **Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote** **Profile** **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **English:** Advanced (C1 or higher) We are seeking a **Lead Drupal Developer** with extensive experience developing robust, scalable, and high-performance digital platforms. This role is critical for leading technical initiatives, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring code quality within an agile environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead development of solutions using **Drupal (Full Stack)**. * Design and implement **headless Drupal architectures**, integrated with modern frontends. * Develop components and applications using **Next.js** and **React**. * Create advanced modules, themes, and customizations in Drupal. * Develop and execute tests using **PHP Unit for Drupal**, **Jest**, and **Playwright**. * Automate CI/CD workflows using **GitHub Actions**. * Collaborate on deployments and orchestration using **Kubernetes/Rancher**. * Ensure adherence to software development best practices, code quality, and documentation standards. * Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews. ### **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience developing with **Drupal** (version 8+). * Proficiency in **Drupal Full Stack** and **headless architectures**. * Solid experience with **Next.js**, **React**, and the modern JavaScript ecosystem. * Advanced knowledge of **PHP**, and testing tools such as **PHP Unit**, **Jest**, and **Playwright**. * Experience building automation pipelines with **GitHub Actions**. * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as **Kubernetes** and **Rancher**. * Understanding of web development best practices, performance optimization, and security. ### **Desirable** * Experience leading technical teams or initiatives. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies. * Contributions to the Drupal community. * Google Cloud certifications (Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer). * Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. * Experience in high-volume or mission-critical data environments. * Knowledge of MLOps practices or integration with Data Science teams. . **We offer:** * Standard office hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family health insurance, life insurance up to MXN 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing distribution)
