Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC programmer skilled in developing CNC machine programs, optimizing machining processes, and leading teams, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. CNC programming for parts and components. 2. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and optimizing machining processes. 3. Leadership, teamwork, and initiative toward continuous improvement. * Develop CNC programs enabling efficient and precise production of parts and components using CNC machines. * Program parts based on CAD models according to production/design specifications. * 3-axis programming for machining centers. * CAM programming using SIEMENS NX or MASTER CAM. * Desired: 5-axis programming for simultaneous 5-axis machining centers. * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings. * Use and operation of measurement equipment and CNC machines. * Flexible working hours. * Ability to coordinate assigned personnel. * Optimization of machining processes. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and problem solving.
