Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to configure and manage IT services, including software, storage, servers, security, and networks. Key Highlights: 1. ServiceNow handling and database administration 2D DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT IS SEEKING TALENT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER Work Location (Nextipac, Jalisco) Objective: Configure and manage IT infrastructure services, such as software, storage devices, servers, cybersecurity, operating systems, and data networks. Requirements: -Understanding of infrastructure requirements. -Experience with storage devices, servers, virtualization, firewalls, LAN & WAN. -Knowledge of hypervisors (VMware) and virtual machine creation. -Firewall rule administration and configuration. -ServiceNow handling (incident response and ticket escalation). -Knowledge of SQL Server 2016 and 2019 (general) database administration. -Website hosting execution, configuration, and parameterization. -Preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure equipment. -Knowledge of structured cabling (copper and fiber optic). -Knowledge of fiber optic types and connector types. -Knowledge of UTP cable punching. -General networking knowledge: fiber connection to patch panels, switch and server connections. -Azure Cloud knowledge (AZ-900 certification preferred). -Travel availability. -Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 proficiency. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. -Intermediate-to-advanced English (oral and written communication).
