Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic accounting and finance leader to ensure the reliability, integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial information through robust and efficient management. Strategic advisory to executive management We seek a strategic partner who ensures the reliability of financial information, guaranteeing its integrity, accuracy, and timeliness, as well as tax and regulatory compliance, through sound and efficient accounting management. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise accounting operations, ensuring reliable and timely financial information. * Ensure the company’s tax and regulatory compliance. * Prepare and present financial statements and executive reports to management. * Coordinate financial planning: budgets, forecasts, and performance monitoring. * Manage treasury functions, internal controls, and audits, ensuring liquidity and compliance. * Lead the accounting team, optimize processes, and provide strategic financial advice to executive management. **Profile Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree holder) **Experience:** * 5–10 years in accounting/finance roles * Experience leading teams * Strong knowledge of tax compliance **Technical Knowledge** * General and financial accounting * Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax legislation * Financial statements and analysis * Budgeting and forecasting * Internal control and auditing * Treasury and cash flow management **Tools:** * Advanced Excel * CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar * SAT platforms **Key Competencies** * Strategic and analytical thinking * Leadership and decision-making * Organization and results orientation * Confidentiality and professional ethics * Effective communication with executive management **We Offer** ✅ Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise ✅ Full statutory benefits from your start date ✅ Exclusive benefits for employees ✅ Financial stability with on-time payroll ✅ Training and professional growth opportunities ✅ A safe and continuously developing work environment **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM **About the Company** MIDO Group is a company specialized in **industrial machining and modeling, automation, control systems, and wood manufacturing**, with extensive experience in the industrial sector.
