If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- *To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.* *This role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.* **What a typical day looks like:** * *Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line’s success.* * *Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.* * *Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements.* * *Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational comprehension and capability.* * *Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and contribute with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.* * *Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.* * *May act as principal interface between the operations team and the maintenance function.* * *Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.* * *Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.* * *Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.* * *Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.* * *Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.* * *Ensures compliance with standards.* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * *BA/BS or equivalent work experience.* * *Experience as Production Supervisor.* * *Strong experience as leader.* * *Intermediate English is a plus.* * *Flexible working hours availability* * *Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.* * *Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).* * *Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics.* * *Experience in the use of Floor shop systems.* * *Knowledge in assembly processes (End to End).* * *Experience in BAAN system (SAP).* * *Ability to read, analyze and interpret MPI.* **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
