Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (at least 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Hubs.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or requests for technical failures occurring with users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
