In this role, you will have end-to-end visibility of the software lifecycle: from developing new functionalities (Backend/Frontend) to integrating complex systems and resolving critical incidents (L2 Support). If you are passionate about connecting systems, optimizing databases, and solving technical challenges that directly impact the business, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Full Stack Development:** Program and maintain robust business modules using Backend languages and modern Frontend frameworks. * **Integrations and APIs:** Design and implement integrations between internal and external systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways) via APIs (REST, SOAP) and microservices. * **Data Management:** Optimize SQL queries, create operational reports, and execute ETL processes to ensure data integrity. * **L2 Technical Support:** Serve as the technical escalation point for the helpdesk, diagnosing root causes of complex incidents (log analysis, debugging). * **Maintenance:** Apply hotfixes, security patches, and performance improvements in production. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field (Intern or Graduate). * **Experience:** 3–5 years in web development and database management. * **Backend:** Strong proficiency in **C# (.NET), Java (Spring Boot)**, Python, or Node.js. * **Frontend:** Experience with **React.js, Angular, or Vue.js**. * **Database:** Advanced level in **SQL** (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views), preferably on SQL Server or PostgreSQL. * **Integrations:** Proven experience consuming and designing APIs (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML). * **Tools:** Proficiency with Git/GitHub and API testing tools (Postman/SoapUI).
