Requirements: Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree Experience: 5 years of experience in metal structure design, structural analysis, and calculation reports. Drawing preparation and generator development. Preparation of fabrication cost estimates for structures. Knowledge: SAP 2000, AUTOCAD, and TEKLA Responsibilities: Perform structural volumetrics based on structural design drawings (MTO) Prepare material procurement lists (ABM) Analyze project designs and propose improvements to streamline delivery processes. Model structural elements using Tekla software Generate connections between structural elements according to project specifications. Generate and edit fabrication and assembly drawings based on the modeled structure and project specifications. Provide technical support to the fabrication and assembly departments. Produce renders of canopies Continuously improve structures. Apply current technical standards Ensure designs meet safety and service requirements Prepare cost estimates for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of structures.
