Manage incidents and emergencies, guaranteeing service continuity Operations Executive SEGADI is looking for an Operations Executive to join our continuously growing team. If you possess a solid understanding of transportation management and a passion for operational optimization, we look forward to meeting you! Responsibilities: * Manage routes and optimize loads to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety across all operations. * Effectively manage incidents and emergencies, ensuring service continuity. * Plan and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling drivers' agendas. * Monitor delivery times and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Communicate effectively with the driving team, customers, and other departments. Requirements: * Proven experience in transportation management and use of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). * Solid knowledge of transportation regulations. * Ability to effectively manage incidents and emergencies. * Excellent planning and coordination skills. * Experience in monitoring delivery times and scheduling agendas. * Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. * Transportation operator management based on empathetic communication and effective coordination.
