**Education and Training** * Education: Minimum high school diploma, preferably with higher education in security, law, criminology, business administration, engineering, or related fields. * Certifications: Certification in industrial security, crisis management, and emergency handling. Relevant certifications such as CSSM or others are highly desirable. * Continuous Training: Regular participation in continuous training programs and updates on safety regulations. * Compliance with local and national regulations regarding private security. **Experience** * Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in security roles, preferably in industrial or corporate environments. Experience managing security teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * Primary operational liaison between the client and the security company, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate operational security teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and third parties. * Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks in complex environments, and deliver proposals to improve the site's security program based on risk analysis. * Problem Solving: Ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations. * Technology: Proficiency in using security management technology and software, including access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other physical security systems. · Proficiency with electronic devices: cell phones, iPads or electronic tablets, PCs, apps, and other technologies. * Good knowledge of basic office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Excellent report writing skills. * KPIs Work schedule: * Monday to Friday Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site job
