Bank Branch Supervisor Cashier

Position Objective Ensure that the customer receives excellent service and attention by performing fast, accurate, and efficient transactions. Main Responsibilities Oversee daily cash operations to ensure customer service and productivity goals are met. * Optimize transaction costs. * Safeguard cash and valuable documents in the safe and vault, while complying with established security measures and cash limits. * Comply with regulations from Banco de México, BAZ's cash policies and procedures, and the 7's methodology. * Handle valuables transportation services and resolve discrepancies. * Monitor cash custody limits and operational cash needs. * Manage and safeguard all values handled in the bunker, ensuring zero shortages. * Serve at the teller window when operational needs require it. * Provide customers with the best in-person experience: quick, friendly, and error-free, to build long-term client relationships. Candidate Profile One year of experience performing cashier and customer service activities. * Skill in handling cash. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of banking regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing job duties. Value Proposition Weekly fixed salary starting at: $2,400 MXN per week. \* Weekly commissions of: $1,200 MXN. \*Statutory benefits: Starting vacation entitlement of 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.
