





**Technical Apprentice Opportunity Summary:** A Technical Apprentice will enhance mechanical skills while acquiring new ones to competently perform cleanings, maintenance tasks, visual inspections, and disassembly of parts and accessories. This position will work under the direct supervision of a qualified service technician to ensure all scheduled work is performed safely and to customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform quality minor repairs and maintenance on diesel engines/heavy-duty trucks as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures. * Assist in accurately completing all required documentation (e.g., repair information on work orders, state inspection and emissions information) promptly. * Assist in diagnosing vehicle malfunctions through disassembly, repair, and reassembly of components. * Commitment to adhering to all company and industry safety standards. * Inspect guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks. * Read work orders, observe, and listen to operating vehicles to determine malfunctions and plan work procedures. **Work Experience and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). * Currently enrolled in a Diesel Technology Program. * Computer and software knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite. **Employee Benefits and Rewards:** * Federally Recognized Holidays * Life Insurance * Company-Paid Training * Growth and Leadership Opportunities **About the Company:** W.W.
