Job Description: Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Expert knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Expert knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures. Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, blueprints, drawings, and models. Excellent ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
