Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics and land transportation * Supervise and carry out the preparation process of the preliminary payroll to ensure timely and accurate payment. * Ensure compliance with the organization's internal regulations and apply appropriate sanctions. * Communicate with staff to understand their needs and promote a positive work environment. * Manage recruitment, selection, hiring, and termination of personnel at all levels, always in compliance with company policies and rules. * Inform the General Management and provide support on any decisions that may arise. * Review employee absenteeism. * Fulfill staffing requirements by hiring personnel who can add experience and demonstrate a quick learning curve for new positions or newly created roles. * Organize and establish procedures for training, promotion, transfer, and termination of personnel. * Prepare the DNC (training needs assessment).
