**Construction Coordinator**: Lead, coordinate and control field construction execution, ensuring compliance with quality, timelines, costs and safety, through operational leadership, technical control and discipline at work fronts. * Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory degree). **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in construction project management (civil / industrial / building). * Direct coordination of site managers, supervisors, subcontractors and multiple work fronts. * Construction execution in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, approved schedule and budget. * Quality control, physical progress monitoring and operational coordination on site, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs and technical standards. **Technical Knowledge:** * Construction processes and systems applicable to civil works and building projects. * Advanced reading and interpretation of architectural, structural and engineering drawings. * Construction scheduling and monitoring (schedules, critical paths, construction sequence). * Analysis of labor productivity and piecework control. * Application of quality, safety and hygiene standards on site. * Site logistics, material control and coordination of work fronts. **Key Competencies:** * Operational leadership and on-site command capability. * Technical and operational decision-making under pressure. * Simultaneous planning, organization and control of multiple work fronts. * Effective resolution of construction and operational problems. * Clear and direct communication with technical teams and Management. **Non-negotiable Traits:** * Constant on-site presence and visible leadership. * Firmness in enforcing strict compliance with quality, safety, order and discipline. * Tolerance for pressure and handling of operational conflicts. * Total focus on execution, results, control and achievement of objectives.
