Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional for administrative and operational activities, ensuring process compliance and incident registration, with customer handling and service. Verification and registration of shipping incidents **General Responsibilities:** \- ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES. \- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PROCESSES. \- REVIEW AND REGISTRATION OF INCIDENTS UPON RECEIPT AND DISPATCH OF SHIPMENTS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. \*Verify waybills/invoices received at the distribution warehouse. \*Verify correspondence between delivery receipts and shipping labels received. \*Follow up on incidents registered in the CRM module. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS, SIMILAR POSITIONS, AND CUSTOMER HANDLING AND SERVICE.
