




\- Leads and executes action plans to improve indicator trends \- Conducts training at operational level and for Operations Supervisors \- Ensures proper assignment of roles and responsibilities for operational positions \- Manages customer complaints and provides solutions using 8D analysis \- Designs operational strategies according to organizational context \- Safeguards customer property \- Communicates organizational leadership approach based on results \- Ensures product traceability through proper labeling and report completion \- Manages operational training based on WI and 7-step training \- Promotes customer focus and drives customer satisfaction \- Effectively manages project start-ups and closures \- Communicates quality policy, culture, and Group philosophy \- Ensures product conformity through process audits, Dock Audit, 5'S and PPE \- Ensures customer requirements are met through RFQ \- Keeps customers informed of project statuses \- Develops and implements commercial plans focused on referral sales \- Performs vehicle inspections and ensures units are in proper condition \- Sends route logs to the Logistics Coordinator for fuel performance analysis Job type: Full-time Salary: $21,600\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
