This person will work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate cross\\-functionally with Sales, Product/Innovation, Rev Ops, and Client Services to develop campaigns that resonate with our ICP and convert leads into revenue.\n \n**Duties and Responsibilities**\n \n**Multichannel Campaigns**\n* Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns that support the different stages in our buyer funnel: awareness, consideration, decision and retention\n* Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Marketing Specialist to align messaging and creative assets across all touchpoints\n* Create campaign briefs and manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs for each initiative\n**Account\\-Based Marketing (ABM)**\n* Support ABM initiatives by developing target account lists, customizing outreach, and aligning campaigns with Sales\n* Execute personalized campaigns for high\\-value accounts across email, paid, and direct mail channels\n**SEO \\& Web Management**\n* Collaborate with design/marketing specialist to continuously test and improve website conversion rates (CRO)\n* Work with agency to monitor and report on keyword rankings, traffic trends, and content gaps\n**Paid Media \\& Social**\n* Work with Agency to execute paid search, social, and retargeting campaigns with clear targeting, messaging, and creative testing plans\n* Manage campaign budgets, optimizing for pipeline contribution and lead quality\n* Build and grow our presence in LinkedIn and any channel that is relevant to our target audience.\n**Event Marketing**\n* Together with the Head of Marketing, plan and execute in\\-person and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, trade shows, etc.)\n* Coordinate logistics, develop promotional materials, manage attendee engagement, and follow\\-up strategies\n* Partner with Sales to maximize ROI from events and drive qualified leads\n**Campaign Tracking \\& Performance**\n* Define and report on campaign KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, CPL, CAC and pipeline influence\n* Deliver regular insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns\n* Ensure lead handoff, attribution, and follow\\-up processes are tight and trackable\n \n**Skills and Qualifications**\n* 3\\-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.\n* Proven track record in planning and executing multichannel campaigns (ABM, paid media, events, SEO, and social) that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.\n* Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ability to map content and tactics to each stage of the funnel.\n* Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).\n* Comfortable managing event logistics (in\\-person and virtual), from planning through post\\-event follow\\-up and ROI tracking.\n* Strong analytical mindset, able to track KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and translate data into actionable insights.\n* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.\n* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams.\n* Creative and strategic thinker with a test\\-and\\-learn mentality, constantly optimizing for performance and impact.\n* (Preferred)Hands\\-on experience managing HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) for campaign execution, automation, and reporting.\n* (Preferred) Experience in
