




Maintain the daily operation efficiently and profitably for the units in charge, ensuring that products meet standardized quality and guaranteeing personalized service for each customer. Review on a daily basis budget compliance, purchases, orders, and shortages of supplies. Manage personnel by carefully overseeing training and supervision. Supervise and coordinate operations of the assigned units. Ensure each unit meets the company's established standards for quality, service, and profitability. Project the ideal staffing levels and coordinate and supervise personnel across all units, as well as participate in selection, training, and shift scheduling. Determine together with the Executive Chef the suppliers to be used in different business units. Conduct audits on finances, products, and hygiene of the business units. Identify and report maintenance opportunities for correction according to authorized budgets. Process and verify permits and regulations with authorities. Coordinate advertising campaigns between General Management and Marketing for proper execution. Develop Check Lists jointly with General Management for each business unit. Review proper compliance with internal work regulations at the business units. Job type: Full-time Salary: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
